TRACK RECORD
A permanent, timestamped record of what Atlas stated, what evidence existed at the time, and what happened afterward.
THE STANDARD
Atlas does not measure credibility by displaying only successful assessments.
Published assessments are preserved so readers can compare later outcomes with what Atlas actually stated before those outcomes were known.
Original records are not silently rewritten when new information arrives.
RECORD STATUS
Each eligible published assessment may ultimately be classified as:
OPEN
The required outcome or checkpoint has not occurred.
CORRECT
The assessment satisfied the applicable predefined evaluation rule.
MIXED
The outcome contained meaningful supporting and contradicting evidence under the applicable rule.
WRONG
The assessment failed the applicable predefined evaluation rule.
INVALID
The assessment could not be fairly scored because required conditions, data, or evaluation requirements were not satisfied.
A changed opinion is not the same thing as a changed historical record.
WHAT THE RECORD PRESERVES
Where applicable, a record should include:
• Issue identifier
• Original publication date
• Pressure or dependency identified
• Direction or state stated at publication
• Evidence available at publication
• Atlas assessment
• Next checkpoint
• Invalidation conditions
• Subsequent evidence
• Final status when scoreable
OPEN RECORDS
An open assessment remains open until the evidence required by its predefined evaluation process becomes available.
Atlas does not count open observations as successes.
INSUFFICIENT SAMPLE
Atlas does not currently publish a predictive-accuracy percentage.
Prospective testing remains in progress, and the available completed sample is not sufficient to support a public predictive-performance claim.
Early favorable observations remain evidence to investigate, not proof of predictive accuracy.
FAILURES REMAIN VISIBLE
Rejected hypotheses and failed tests are part of the Atlas research history.
A failure may improve the framework by identifying a relationship that does not survive testing.
It does not become a success through reinterpretation after the outcome is known.
NO RETROACTIVE RETUNING
Frozen assessments and trial inputs are not altered after outcomes become available.
New evidence can produce a new assessment.
It cannot change what the previous assessment originally said.
PUBLICATION RECORD
Future Atlas intelligence issues are designed to receive permanent identifiers.
Example format:

Later updates can reference the original issue while preserving its initial state.
CURRENT STATUS
Prospective real-world validation is active.
No public predictive-accuracy percentage is claimed.
No investment-performance claim is established by the structural validation record.
The permanent publication record will expand as Atlas issues accumulate and their required checkpoints become observable.
THE COMMITMENT
If Atlas is right, preserve it.
If Atlas is mixed, preserve it.
If Atlas is wrong, preserve it.
If the evidence is insufficient, say so.
The record matters more than the appearance of certainty.
Pressure is not price.
Dependency is not profitability.
Economic capture is not market return.
